Frequently Asked
Everything collectors usually ask before their first piece.
Yes — every piece is checked for maker marks, materials and construction by our authentication lead, and ships with a written provenance card. If anything is a marriage of parts or a later restoration, we say so plainly in the listing.
Every clock is serviced on our own bench — cleaned, repaired, regulated and run for at least a week before listing. Movements carry a one-year warranty, and each order includes winding and care notes.
Orders leave in 3–5 business days in custom crates with acid-free wrapping, full tracking and insurance included. Shipping is free on US orders over $200. Clock movements travel secured; pocket watches travel in padded cases.
You have 14 days to live with a piece. If it is not right, contact us for a prepaid insured return label and a full refund — no restocking fees, no interrogation.
Please do. Our Hudson, NY showroom at 14 Foundry Lane is open Tue–Sat, 10am–6pm. Reserve online for free showroom pickup, or just walk in and wind a few clocks.
Both. We buy single pieces and small collections, and our bench takes servicing and restoration work by appointment. Send photos and a description through the contact page for an honest assessment.
Checkout is fully secure through our payment partners — cards and major wallets accepted. Your payment is encrypted end to end, and your order confirmation arrives with tracking as soon as your crate leaves the shop.
